This is a re-locatable complete static Screen House which produces 8 sizes of finished aggregates at a nominal rate of 300 tonnes per hour. The simply constructed structural steelwork is base plate mounted and the whole plant can be easily dissemble and re-erected in a new location. The plant has already been re-located twice in its history.

The plant is all electric and was last used three years ago, and remains in excellent ready to work condition.

Nominal 34m Inclined 900mm feed conveyor to the screen house
Goodwin Barsby Vitex 14ft x 5ft 6” 2 ½ deck primary screen
Conveyor to secondary screen
Goodwin Barsby Vitex secondary screen 20ft x 6ft two deck
Conveyor to tertiary screen
Goodwin Barsby Vitex tertiary dust screen 10ft x 4ft 6in two deck
All structural steelwork, walkways, ladders
Cladding if required once removed during dismantling
